Thanks for your interest in joining Texoma Aero Club. The following are your steps into joining and becoming a member of the flying club. This list should be completed in order so that we can get you setup and flying as soon as possible. We have a checklist for Current/Rusty pilots and one for Student Pilots because what's a pilot if they don't have a checklist?
If you currently hold a PPL certificate and current or not this is the checklist for you.
Be sure to upload all documents into Flight Circle (certs, medicals, insurance, and Biannual Flight Review dates. You will not be able to check out a plane if you have expired or missing a document.

Complete a new member application.

Read and sign agreement .

Read and sign membership agreement form.
Download and read the club by-laws. This has all the rules and regulations about the club and airplane rentals.
Go to Flight Circle and create a new user account. This is used to schedule airplanes for use. Then add the Texoma Aero Club for your Association, this will email the Flight Circle Admin so that you can start using the program.

We have several CFI's in the club or you can bring your own. All CFI's will need to have a one time check out in any club planes before lessons can be given in those planes. Any existing CFI's will be found in Flight Circle.
You will need to obtain Renter's Insurance before soloing.
